Exchanges
• While we don’t offer refunds, exchanges may be possible in certain cases.
• A proof of purchase (receipt, e-receipt, packing slip, or order number) is required.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• If your item was damaged during transport, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.
Handcrafted & Vintage Pieces
Our collection includes many handcrafted and vintage pieces, each with its own soul — subtle variations, small imperfections, or signs of age are part of the beauty and story.
These details are not considered defects, so please keep that in mind before ordering.
Vintage Treasures
Due to their unique nature, vintage items are non-exchangeable. However, if a piece arrives damaged, please get in touch right after delivery — we’ll do our best to help.
What to Expect
Reach out: Email or WhatsApp us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Approval: If eligible, we’ll confirm your exchange.
Send it back: Return the item to our warehouse in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Inspection: We’ll review the item and confirm next steps.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
